Beebe Healthcare is seeking a Data & Quality Analyst to support the Rural Health Transformation Program. The role focuses on data collection, performance measurement, quality improvement, evaluation, and reporting for grant initiatives.

You will collaborate with clinical, operational, community-based, and grant staff to ensure timely, accurate information for grant objectives and program evaluation. The salary is grant-funded and fixed at $75,000 per year, with employment contingent on grant

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Healthcare Administration, Health Informatics, Data Analytics, Statistics, Epidemiology, Information Systems, Nursing, or a related field.
• Minimum of three years supporting grant-funded programs, public health, population health, or related function.
• Experience translating findings into actionable information for stakeholders.
• Experience with healthcare data sources; Epic a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; teamwork using Teams and SharePoint.
• Strong Excel skills: formulas, pivots, charts, dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain data collection processes across grant initiatives.
• Extract, compile, and analyze data from EHRs, population health platforms, and other sources.
• Maintain registries and tracking systems; ensure data quality and accuracy.
• Create dashboards and reports for program teams and external stakeholders.
• Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual grant reporting.
• Coordinate data-sharing with program partners per requirements.
