This candidate is committed to shifting the power imbalance in philanthropy and is excited to serve grantees and changemakers in resource-limited environments.

Responsibilities
This role would be responsible for the following:

  1. Keep filing and grants management tools current to meet legal, auditing and TRF requirements
  2. Create and manage the grant paperwork process (including: creating grant agreements, filling out due diligence forms in coordination with program staff, and collecting all required documentation for disbursement)
  3. Tracking the status of all grant payments to assure timely disbursement
  4. Communicates externally with grantees and stakeholders (including conducting wiring calls to confirm banking details), giving updates on grant payments
  5. Communicates internally with program and finance staff
  6. Assures compliance with IRS and foundation-specific regulations for assigned grants
  7. Undertakes special projects as assigned

Qualified applicants should complete a brief form, which will ask you for your contact details, resume/CV, why you believe you are uniquely suited for the role and, optionally, anything else you’d like to share. Please submit the form by Friday, January 10, but note that applications will be reviewed as they are received, so you are encouraged to submit as soon as possible.
