Maintain and monitor budgets for research projects; work with Principal Investigators on amendments and progress reports. Arrange travel for staff, consultants, and participants, including hotel, flight, vehicle, and conference reservations. Process payments, contracts and purchasing for staff, consultants, and participants of The Meadows Center. Update and maintain administrative spreadsheets, Box, and paper files. Work with research staff to prepare proposals for submission to prospective sponsoring agencies and organizations in accordance with university and sponsoring agency guidelines and deadlines. Other related duties as assigned.
Bachelor's degree and three years of relevant experience. Experience in pre- and post- award research administration in an institution of higher education. Relevant education and experience may be substituted as appropriate.
CRA certification. Proficiency in UT internal systems: DEFINE, FRMS, UTRMS, etc.
