Job summary

The South Dakota Department of Human Services, Division of Developmental Disabilities, seeks a Grants and Contracts Project Manager. This role coordinates RFPs, grant reporting, contracts, and budget tracking, supporting cross‑division operations and leadership reporting.

It ensures compliance and timely deliverables across multiple programs. Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree and 2–3 years in grants/contract management with experience in Cobblestone.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in public health, public administration, business, finance, health sciences, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2–3 years in grants management, contract administration, project management, and program coordination.
• Experience with the States contract system, Cobblestone.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate requests for proposals, grant reporting, and budget tracking.
• Oversee contracts and budgets; support operational planning and reporting.
• Facilitate communications and reporting across programs; ensure timely, compliant grant delivery.
