Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university in a related field.
• Two years of experience managing administrative activities of a business or governmental program.
• Grant experience and contract experience.
• Strong communication, accounting knowledge, and MS Office skills.
• Experience with tribal health systems or Indigenous communities.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning and preparation of grant proposals; guide staff on funding regulations.
• Prepare reporting documents for grantors or leadership.
• Coordinate communication between grantor agencies and internal departments.
• Analyze and evaluate budgets and contracts for correct calculation of expense categories.
• Maintain proposal and funding records; generate reports and analyses.
• Train staff on grant compliance and reporting.
