JSI invites you to join our team as a Grants Compliance Consultant on our Regulatory team in our Austin, TX office. You’ll play a critical role in advancing broadband and telecommunications initiatives that expand connectivity and drive digital inclusion.

This role focuses on ensuring post-award compliance for grants such as BEAD, ARPA, Middle Mile, and ReConnect, while working with a mission-driven firm that supports rural and regional providers across the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2-5 years of professional experience in grant management, compliance, and telecommunications regulatory affairs, ideally for a grant recipient.
• Knowledge of state and federal broadband grants programs.
• Experience with post-award grant compliance, including 2 CFR 200/Uniform Guidance.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on post-award grant compliance and adhere to grant terms.
• Manage financial and reporting requirements across award programs and agencies.
• Develop and implement internal compliance frameworks, including controls and monitoring.
• Serve as the primary client contact for grant-related inquiries and provide documentation.
