Responsibilities

• Performs department budgeting and related accounting per state and federal regs for Community Development Grant Programs.
• Monitors and maintains cash balances; requests cash and processes invoices within three days.
• Reviews ledgers, reconciles balances, and assists in HUD performance reporting.
• Responds to inquiries and provides information to external agencies and County staff.
• Monitors nonprofit contracts for ESG financial compliance.
• Keeps up-to-date with changes in state and federal requirements for compliance.
• Manages cash for Lead Based Paint program, codes invoices, ensures compliance with federal rules.
• Performs other duties as assigned within scope.
