• 2 - 4 years of related experience.
• Ability to perform moderately complex financial analysis and customized reporting.
• Ability to manage a high volume of transactions.
• Demonstrated competence in the use of spreadsheet and database software in financial analysis, fiscal management, and financial reports.
• Knowledge of grant funding processes, procedures, and techniques.
• Knowledge of applicable regulations and compliance requirements in research administration.

Responsabilidades

• Assist Principal Investigators with pre- and post-award administration of all funding sources, including gifts, contracts and grant funds.
• Prepare agency-specific, multi-year budgets and coordinate proposal submissions.
• Prepare comprehensive and detailed reports for fund management.
• Assist faculty in planning for the effective use of funds and ensure compliance with agency terms and UC policy.
• Coordinate all aspects of Sales and Service funds.
