What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Manage a portfolio of grants, including crafting grant communications and proposals
- Collaborate with relationship managers to identify strategic funding opportunities
- Coordinate proposal development across departments and address risks within the grant portfolio
- Support donor relationship management by organizing materials and planning donor visits
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and contribute to special projects
What is Required (Qualifications)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent related working experience
- Minimum of five years of progressive experience in grant management and donor engagement
- Strong knowledge of grant management principles, including development and administration
- Proven track record in successful grant performance and proposal development
- Proficiency in written and verbal English communication

- Previous experience working with an international nonprofit organization
