Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in communications, English, business, public administration, education, social sciences, or related field.
• Master's degree preferred for advanced fund development leadership.
• Minimum 3–5 years in grant development, fundraising, or related field; higher education experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic grant planning, development, and submission in alignment with institutional priorities.
• Coordinate narratives, budgets and attachments across departments for proposals.
• Cultivate relationships with foundations, corporations, government and institutional funders.
• Develop grant pipeline, track progress, and report on dollars requested and awarded.
• Leverage AI and data analytics to strengthen funding intelligence and strategy.
• Provide training and consultation to faculty and program teams on grant development.
• Ensure timely submissions and compliance with funder requirements.
