Job summary

RenewCO2 seeks a sophisticated grants and commercial bids professional to manage end-to-end submissions from pipeline to post-award support. You will coordinate calendars, compile budgets, and assemble letters of commitment while collaborating with CTO, CEO, and partners in India and abroad.

You will refine templates, ensure compliance, and interact with university and industrial partners to accelerate commercial and research funding efforts.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years coordinating grant applications, tenders, or commercial bids.
• Hands-on experience assembling proposals: forms, budgets, letters of support.
• Fluent written English and ability to work across time zones.
• Bachelor's degree; strong Word and Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain opportunity pipeline across US federal programs, Indian national and state programs, international sources.
• Own proposal calendar: outline, content plan, reviews, and submission with buffer.
