Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage all aspects of the Become a Teacher Program, including recruitment, application and selection processes, participant support, mentoring, professional learning, university partnerships, program administration, and grant compliance.
• Serve as primary liaison for participants and stakeholders, providing ongoing coaching and resources to support educator preparation, licensure, and retention.
• Monitor program progress and outcomes, manage financial and administrative processes, analyze data for continuous improvement, and collaborate with partners to strengthen PSD's educator pipeline.
