Kendall County seeks a Special Assistant United States Attorney (SAUSA) to serve in the Western District of Texas, based in San Antonio. The role is grant-funded and will operate under the daily supervision of the U.S.

Attorney’s Office while remaining an employee of Kendall County. You will handle fraud and related crimes involving aliens within the United States and contribute to multi-agency efforts against drug and human trafficking.

• Strengthen investigative and prosecutorial capacity.
• Expand intergovernmental coordination and collaboration among jurisdictions.
• Investigate and prosecute fraud and other crimes committed by aliens within the United States; address drug and human trafficking crimes.
