• 2 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Leads a team of approximately 25-30 student research assistants by recruiting, training, scheduling, mentoring, and monitoring performance.
• Monitors research activities to ensure adherence to project protocols and quality standards; reviews observations and guides data quality.
• Manages scheduling and logistical coordination across ~60 community organizations; oversees observation calendars and shifts.
• Establishes and maintains relationships with community organizations; conducts outreach and serves as primary contact.
• Identifies and addresses operational risks; responds to issues and ensures safety and project continuity.
• Maintains organized project records, databases, schedules, and documentation for analysis and decision-making.
