Job summary

Illinois Central College is seeking an Early College CTE Project Manager to advance CTE pathways, CCPE alignment, and dual credit efforts across ICC, including the Peoria Campus. This grant-funded role reports to the Department of College & Career Readiness and supports Perkins Leadership and Take Back the Trades grants (Jan 2026–June 2027).

Salary ranges from $58,000 to $67,000 annually. The position collaborates with secondary partners, ICC departments, EFEs, and stakeholders to expand

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree with 1 year CTE experience or Associate’s with 3 years.
  • Minimum 3 years in coordination or administrative roles.
  • Minimum 3 years of project management in education or workforce development.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, databases and related software.
  • Ability to maintain confidential information.
  • Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for cross-department collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Lead development, alignment, and improvement of CTE and CCPE pathways.
  • Coordinate cross-sector collaboration with secondary partners, EFEs, and ICC departments.
  • Plan and deliver professional development and CCPE training.
  • Develop CCPE tools, templates, and implementation materials.
  • Manage pathway communications and data reporting on participation and outcomes.
  • Ensure FERPA-compliant practices and grant-related documentation.
