Job summary

CHEManager International is seeking a Research Program Assistant to support the FAVES-B clinical trial at the Center for Women's Biobehavioral Health Research. You will work directly with participants, collect data, coordinate study visits, and ensure protocol-adherent execution under supervision of the research team.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of research/clinical experience, plus strong computer skills and knowledge of research methodology.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, neuroscience, sociology or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of work experience in a research project or related clinical setting.
• Proficiency with standard software and data handling.
• Working knowledge of research methodology preferred.
• Prior supervisory or project management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Share responsibility for day-to-day implementation of the FAVES-B clinical trial and complete protocol-defined activities.
• Work with participants during research visits and provide clear instructions on study procedures.
• Administer standardized cognitive, behavioral, and other protocol-defined assessments.
• Assist with ambulatory/wearable monitoring, electronic diaries, physical measurements, and lab procedures.
• Train participants in the use of study equipment and troubleshoot participant issues.
• Collect, enter, review, and maintain study data with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Prepare study materials, equipment, participant packets, and materials for visits.
• Assist with participant payments and documentation as needed.
• Coordinate with Research Operations Coordinator, investigators, and team about scheduling and activities.
• Complete study-specific training and maintain proficiency.
• Contribute as a flexible member of the research team and assist with other center activities.
