Job summary

The role is full-time and grant-funded, requiring collaboration with hospital staff, development of recruitment strategies, and data management to ensure compliant study progress.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in sciences or related field.
• 2 years of experience in clinical research preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting subjects for the ScreenPlus program, including pre-review of eligible participants on maternity wards and in-person recruitment.
• Educating potential participants about the study and obtaining informed consent under minimal supervision.
• Engaging pilot hospital stakeholders and aligning with existing hospital workflows.
• Assisting in developing recruitment and retention strategies for participant enrollment.
• Scheduling and coordinating recruited participants for follow-up visits and surveys.
• Inputting data into centralized recruiting database.
• Maintaining source documents and subject files per hospital procedures.
• Ensuring accurate compilation of subject data through chart reviews.
• Participating in research meetings and liaising to discuss new procedures and materials.
• Assisting in preparing grant applications and IRB/GCO submissions.
• Performing other related duties as needed.
