Methodist Le Bonheur Community Outreach seeks a financial data specialist to accumulate, analyze and report on grant funding. You will support managers, maintain program and funding information, and ensure invoices align with contractual terms.

You will work with hospital departments and vendors, manage budgets and month-end close activities, and serve as a Workday Superuser providing guidance to associates.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
• 1-3 years of accounting/finance experience.
• Ability to understand and apply accounting principles.
• Experience with grant accounting and invoicing is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Daily and monthly data assimilation, analysis and reporting.
• Compile, maintain, and audit multiple databases.
• Support grant invoicing and track expenses.
• Assist in budget design and preparation for management review.
• Serve as liaison between department and management.
• Act as Workday Superuser and provide guidance to associates.
