Revolution Workshop in Chicago seeks an organized, data-driven Compliance & Data Analyst to ensure all programming aligns with government and private funding requirements.
You will enter and validate data, generate reports for grantors, and help expand funding opportunities. The role is full-time, in-person at East Garfield Park and Roseland facilities, with occasional evenings or weekend events as needed.

Revolution Workshop is looking for an individual that enjoys detail oriented work and is mission-driven to help underserved populations. This individual will be responsible for ensuring all of Revolution Workshop’s programming is within required compliance. This includes an understanding of government funding streams, data input from all programmatic activity recorded by other staff, and regular meetings with grantors. This individual must also enjoy data analysis to help the organization grow in a strategic manner. This position is full-time, in person, and year-round at both our East Garfield Park and Roseland training facility.
This position reports directly to the Data & Compliance Manager. Work Hours: Monday through Friday, 7:30 am - 4:00 pm. Occasional evening and/or weekend events required and will flex hours accordingly.

Salary: $50,000-$55,000, depending on experience
This position is performed in a mixed shop and office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is exposed to moving tooling and the shop. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
