  • Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in healthcare management and budget management; OR Master’s degree with 3 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

  • Funds Management: Ensure fiscal responsibility and compliance, manage expenditures and fund transfers.
  • Analyze and Prepare Budget Forecasts: Communicate financial position and projections, manage budgeting for sponsored projects.
  • Labor Distribution/Effort Distribution: Manage labor schedules and period certification processes.
  • Sponsored Projects Management: Pre‑award guidance, award acceptance, post‑award portfolio compliance and reporting.
