Platinum Global Talent Solutions Ltd. seeks a Grant Analyst to support the Hudson Tunnel Project (HTP). You will research grant opportunities, manage award processes, ensure compliance, and prepare reports for funding agencies.

This client-facing, full-time role offers responsibilities in financial analysis, forecasting, audits, and collaboration with project managers and finance teams on a landmark infrastructure program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Experience in grant management for federally funded projects.
• Knowledge of federal grant regulations and reporting.
• Strong analytical and financial management skills.
• Proficiency with grant management systems and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Research grant opportunities, prepare grant applications, and manage the grant award process for the federally funded tunnel project.
• Ensure compliance with grant requirements, regulations, and reporting obligations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor grant budgets, expenditures, and financial performance to ensure alignment with grant guidelines and project goals.
• Collaborate with project managers, finance teams, and grant administrators to streamline grant processes and maximize funding utilization.
• Prepare accurate and timely grant reports, financial statements, and documentation for submission to funding agencies.
• Conduct financial analysis, grant forecasting, and risk assessment to optimize grant funding and budget management.
• Coordinate with auditors, grantors, and internal stakeholders to facilitate grant audits and ensure transparency and accountability in grant-related activities.
• Stay informed about federal grant regulations, funding trends, and compliance requirements to guide decision-making and strategy.
