Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, public administration, or related business area.
• Three years of administrative management or business management experience.
• Four+ years of comprehensive pre- and post-award grant administration experience overseeing large federal NIH initiatives (e.g., R01, U24, P30, P50).

Responsibilities

• Support implementation, administration, and operations of the NIH-funded RCMI center.
• Assist with research administration, program management, and grants management.
• Provide data science support, lab operations, communications, and community engagement.
• Ensure compliance with NIH, university, and regulatory requirements; report and document activities.
