Job summary

Sentinel Health Services in Grand Junction, CO, is seeking clinicians to perform Compensation and Pension Examinations for veterans. You’ll review digital records, conduct physical assessments, and submit findings through the VA portal at approved facilities.

Applicants must own a commercial office, carry malpractice and liability insurance, and have 2 years of clinical experience. A flexible schedule and local travel within 50 miles are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have your own OFFICE.
• Office location must be commercial, not home-based.
• Must have Your Own Malpractice Insurance (Named insured).
• Must have Commercial Liability Insurance for Your Practice Location.
• Must have 2 years of Clinical Experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform Compensation and Pension Examinations on Veterans
• Complete a thorough review of digital medical records
• Conduct a physical assessment based on specific disability claims
• Submit information gathered through an online portal for the VA to review as part of a compensation/pension claim.
• All exams will take place at approved facilities with proper equipment and internet access provided.
• If you have your own practice you can conduct these exams with a flexible schedule that works with your current patient scheduling.
