Job summary

Sentinel Health Services seeks qualified clinicians to perform Compensation and Pension Examinations for Veterans. This contract position requires your own office, malpractice insurance, and commercial liability coverage, with a flexible schedule across weekdays and weekends.

Exams occur at approved facilities with necessary equipment and internet access; you may schedule around your current patient load. Applicants should live within 50 miles of the job location; exceptions may apply for some

Qualifications

• 2+ years of clinical experience required.
• Own office in a commercial location (not home-based).
• Must have malpractice insurance (as the named insured).
• Must have commercial liability insurance for the practice location.

Contract Position to do Compensation, Pension and Disability Examinations

• Must have your own OFFICE.
• Your Office Must be at a Commercial Location (Not Home Based)
• Must have Your Own Malpractice Insurance (Where You are the Named Insured)
• Must have Commercial Liability Insurance for Your Practice Location
• Must have 2 years of Clinical Experience

Responsibilities:

• Perform Compensation and Pension Examinations on Veterans
• Complete a thorough review of digital medical records
• Conduct a physical assessment based on specific disability claims
• Submit information gathered through an online portal for the VA to review as part of a compensation/pension claim.
• All exams will take place at approved facilities with proper equipment and internet access provided.
• If you have your own practice you can conduct these exams with a flexible schedule that works with your current patient scheduling.

Qualifications:

• Design your own schedule (7 days a week, weekends encouraged). Availability of at least 3 to 7 days a month is preferred.
