Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Train and supervise the front desk team to ensure adherence to quality standards, deadlines, and proper procedures; evaluate team member performance.
• Provide guidance on handling difficult problems or escalated guest complaints.
• Implement policies, procedures, and service standards with management.
• Prepare and issue work schedules, deadlines, and duty assignments for office staff.
• Coordinate with housekeeping department.
