Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Agriculture.
• 2–3 years of experience in grains merchandising, brokerage, agribusiness sales or related services.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of time.
• Understanding of agriculture markets and client profiles (farmers, coops, elevators, etc.).
• Familiar with Microsoft Office and AI tools.
• Active Series 3 License or willingness to obtain with company support.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of clients with strong relationships.
• Understand client needs and provide consultative support in commodity derivatives and structured solutions.
• Collaborate with Portfolio Managers to design and implement risk management strategies.
• Deliver presentations, market insights and reports to clients with actionable recommendations.
• Act as liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Monitor client activity, performance and satisfaction; address issues or opportunities.
• Support business development by identifying cross-selling opportunities and new prospects.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of commodities, derivatives and market trends.
