Responsibilities

• Weigh inbound and outbound grain trucks on a computerized scale and log vehicle data.
• Probe grain moisture and grade foreign materials.
• Create and print receipts and tickets for customers and transfers.
• Verify scale tickets with customers and generate reports as needed.
• Record weight data for billing and conduct regular audits.
• Greet patrons and assist customers in person and by phone.
• Answer phones, process payments, and handle transaction questions.
• Perform general clerical duties including filing and errands.
• Maintain cleanliness of the office and scale room.
