Job summary

Primient is seeking an Operations/Outside Labor team member in Illinois to operate and monitor grain receiving and shipping at our elevators. You will help ensure quality control, maintenance, and safety while performing physical duties in varying temperatures. The role may require extra hours during harvest season.

The ideal candidate has a High School diploma or equivalent and experience with mechanical equipment. Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required or equivalent
• Experience operating mechanical equipment is preferred
• Strong safety and quality awareness is essential

Responsibilities

• Operate/monitor grain receiving and shipping operations
• Participate in grain quality control, maintenance, housekeeping, and safety
• Work in hot/cold conditions, climb heights over 50 ft, and lift 55 lbs; perform other physical duties
• Work extra hours during harvest season
