Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience operating front-end loaders, forklifts, rail movers, and related equipment preferred.
• Ability to work day/evening rotating shifts and in variable climates.
• Team-oriented, safety-conscious, and able to follow SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Safely load and unload raw materials (grain) and load rail cars.
• Perform grain bin cleaning and inventory maintenance.
• Operate equipment for moving railcars and handling storage products.
• Monitor quality and sanitation practices per GMP/FSQ guidelines.
• Maintain equipment and assist with preventive maintenance as needed.
