Job summary

US Tech Solutions in Ankeny, IA is seeking a Laboratory Technician to generate and evaluate lab-scale samples for customer programs, process and product research, and manufacturing support. The role requires 1–3 years of experience, a bachelor's degree in a scientific or engineering field, and proficiency with analytical techniques such as GC, NIR, NMR, calorimetry, and LIMS.

This is a 6-month contract with 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific or engineering field with at least three years of related industry experience.
• Hands-on experience with ISO work instructions and sample prep.
• Experience with analytical techniques listed.

Responsibilities

• Receive, identify, and prepare samples with correct labeling and requested analyses.
• Prioritize analyses to meet customer needs and coordinate projects in a high-throughput lab.
• Work under supervision and follow established guidelines, delivering results efficiently.
