A Typical Work Day May Include:

1. Performing facility operations such as loading/unloading trucks, vessels, barges, and rail cars, filling/reclaiming grain ground piles, and other grain handling tasks.
2. Basic maintenance and operator care of equipment to ensure smooth facility operations.
3. Providing excellent customer service and engaging with team members.
4. Understanding and following all safety policies and procedures.
5. Maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
6. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including bending, lifting up to 50 lbs, kneeling, climbing, crawling, and twisting, with or without accommodations.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English (verbal and written).
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to work in varied indoor and outdoor conditions, including heat, cold, dust, and noise, using PPE.
• Ability to work at heights (4 feet and above).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Willingness to work overtime, including weekends, holidays, or different shifts with advance notice.
