You will contribute to safe, efficient production and quality performance in a hands-on role.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work independently or in a team, with comfortable use of production systems and documentation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical training is a plus.
• Mechanical aptitude with troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable using computers and production systems.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Able to work in varying temperatures and physical conditions.
• Able to lift up to 55 pounds and wear PPE.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and adjust processing equipment to maintain safe, efficient production.
• Troubleshoot equipment with maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Own daily operations of assigned processes and meet production, quality, environmental, and safety goals.
• Collect samples, perform quality checks, and maintain records.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and support safety.
• Assist with product handling, inventory movement, and loading/unloading.
• Collaborate across departments to drive continuous improvement.
• Follow safety and environmental standards and report hazards.
