Job summary

Gold-Eagle Cooperative in Lu Verne, IA is seeking a Grain Processing Operator for a full-time role. You will oversee receiving, storing, drying, blending, and loading grain with a focus on safety and quality to serve our farming members.

Typical hours are Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:30 PM, with occasional weekend shifts during peak seasons. The role includes a $1,500 sign-on bonus and a comprehensive benefits package after a 30-day probation, such as health/dental/vision, life insurance, a 401(k)

Qualifications

• Able to meet physical requirements including standing, bending, and climbing.
• Able to work in heat and cold conditions.
• Lift up to 50lbs unassisted.
• Possess a valid driver's license and maintain a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee receiving, storing, handling, drying, blending, and loading grain.
• Monitor grain quality and operate equipment with precision.
• Maintain cleanliness and safe working conditions in grain facilities.
• Provide support to the agronomy department during peak seasons.
• Demonstrate professionalism and positive attendance.
