Gold-Eagle Cooperative in Lu Verne, IA is seeking a Grain Processing Operator. This full-time role offers $19.00–$23.50 per hour based on experience, plus a $1,500 sign-on bonus and benefits after a 30-day probation.

• Able to meet physical requirements of the position including prolonged standing, working in confined spaces and elevated heights; bending, kneeling, climbing stairs and ladders.
• Able to work in heat and cold.
• Can lift up to 50 lbs unassisted.
• Possess a valid driver's license.
• Maintain a clean driving record.

• Oversee receiving, storing, handling, drying, blending, and loading grain with precision and efficiency.
• Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of grain facilities and equipment; ensure safe work environment.

We provide competitive pay between $19.00 - $23.50 per hour based on experience. This operating position boasts a sign-on bonus of $1,500 and exceptional benefits after a 30-day probation period, like:

The typical hours for this operating role are Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM. During peak seasons, we may need your expertise on weekends.
