Job summary

Frontier Cooperative, based in Omaha, NE, is seeking hands-on workers to join our grain operations team. You will help load/unload grain, monitor quality, and assist with storage and blending while upholding safety and quality standards.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in agriculture, a high school diploma, and the ability to operate elevators, scales, skid-steer, auger, forklift, track mobile, and farm tractors. Strong customer service and basic math skills are essential.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; agriculture-related background preferred.
2+ years of agricultural experience preferred.
Ability to operate elevators, scales, skid-steer, auger, forklift, track mobile, and farm tractors.
Strong customer service and basic math skills.
Knowledge of OSHA, state, and federal safety regulations.

Responsibilities

Grain operations: load/unload grain, monitor quality, and manage storage/blending.
Equipment maintenance: routine care on vehicles and elevator equipment, oil changes, and part replacements.
Customer service & retail: greet customers, assist with loading, stock shelves, and handle inquiries.
Grounds & facilities: mowing, spraying weeds, snow removal, and OSHA compliance.
