Job summary

Farmers Cooperative in Nebraska is seeking an Hourly, Full-Time grain department position. You will load and unload grain, assist in operating grain elevators, and build relationships with local customers while gaining hands-on skills through maintenance and repairs.

You may help at other locations in the area, monitor grain quality, assist with loading trains, and earn incentives including a first-year retention bonus and a lifetime income plan as part of a comprehensive benefits package.
