Job summary

Frontier Cooperative in Nebraska seeks a dependable grain operations associate to support Grain operations, Anhydrous ammonia handling, Equipment maintenance, Customer service, and Grounds duties in a full-time role. You will operate scales, elevators, and loaders; inspect grain quality, maintain storage, load trucks and rail cars, and ensure OSHA safety standards.

This position requires 2+ years in agriculture, strong math and customer-service skills, and the ability to work safely around

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with agriculture background preferred.
• 2+ years of agricultural experience preferred.
• Ability to operate grain handling equipment and trucks safely.
• Knowledge of OSHA, state and federal safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Operate weigh scales, grain probes, elevators, conveyors, and dust collectors.
• Inspect grain samples for moisture and quality.
• Load and unload grain trucks and rail cars; monitor flow and bin capacity.
• Maintain grain quality during storage and monitor for mold or pests.
