Job summary

Heartland Feed Services in Minster, OH is seeking a Grain Operations Technician to oversee grain handling, processing, inventory management, and maintenance. This hands-on role supports daily facility operations with emphasis on safety and reliable customer service.

Qualifications

Ability to work independently with strong organizational skills and safety focus.
Valid driver’s license; CDL preferred but not required.
Comfort with physical, outdoor, and facility- maintenance tasks.
Experience in grain handling or agriculture is a plus.

Responsibilities

Oversee grain handling, processing, and storage operations.
Perform routine facility and equipment maintenance and inspections.
Support customer service by assisting patrons and ensuring a positive experience.
Maintain inventory accuracy and compliance with safety policies.
Complete opening and closing procedures and ensure a clean workspace.
