You will work with Ag Retail Cooperative Customers, gain hands-on experience, and develop practical skills under guidance from experienced professionals, mentors, and leaders, with potential for long-term growth within CHS’s global network.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in Ag Business, Crop Science, or other Agriculture related degree program.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Software.

Responsibilities

• Control and monitor all loadout functions.
• Understand and operate automatic scale / dump systems.
• Blend product as prescribed and generate blends.
• Work with patrons in a courteous and professional manner.
• Monitor and maintain quality of inventory and blended products.
• Load and unload product from trucks.
• Operate heavy equipment as needed.
• Perform all job functions to ensure facility operates smoothly and customers receive excellent service.
• Conduct regular house cleaning duties, processes, and keeping records.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety requirements.
• Perform other duties as needed or assigned.
