Job summary

The Andersons, Inc. is seeking a Grain Operations Associate to perform receiving, storage, cleaning, packaging and shipping of grain at our Indiana facility. You will inspect trucks, operate grain handling equipment, and maintain housekeeping to ensure safe, efficient operations.

We seek candidates with a High School Diploma or GED and prior grain operations experience. The role requires physical stamina, ability to lift up to 75 pounds, and willingness to work outdoors in varying weather.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
• Previous grain operations experience preferred.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Performing inspection activities such as probing trucks
• Operate grain handling and receiving equipment at truck dumps
• Perform general housekeeping activities such as bin clean up
