Job summary

The Andersons, Inc. is seeking a Grain Operations Worker to support daily grain operations at our large agricultural facility. You will be involved in receiving, inspection, storage, and loading of corn and wheat, including unloading trucks and operating rail/locomotive equipment.

A strong safety mindset and ability to flex schedules during peak harvest are essential. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED and may have prior grain operations experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
• Previous grain operations experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspection activities such as probing trucks.
• Operate grain handling and receiving equipment at truck dumps.
• Perform general housekeeping activities such as bin clean up.
