Qualifications

• Experience required: 3 months for listed duties.
• Must be able to obtain a driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Drug test may be required; workplace is drug-free and alcohol-free.

Responsibilities

• Grade and sort products by color, species, length, width, appearance, feel, smell, and quality.
• Operate and monitor grain conditioning equipment for quality and safety.
• Load hoppers and feed machines using forklifts, gates, shovels, and other tools.
• Weigh crops and containers; record weights and identifiers; place products in appropriate containers.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas and conditioning equipment; follow safety protocols.
• Drive and load semi-trucks; transport grain to market when required.
• Monitor moisture, grades, and report any issues.
• Assist with livestock care: feed, water, inspect health, and manage housing areas.
