Job summary

CGB Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Trainee for the Grain division to develop broad-based knowledge in commercial decision making across multiple business functions.

The program may last up to 36 months and includes classroom, on-the-job, and self-study training in various market locations. During training you will practice leadership skills, contribute to department efficiency, and learn risk management, budgeting, and profitability strategies while supporting day-to-day operations and long-term

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent training and work experience.
• Preferred: Agriculture or Technical Systems Management degree.
• Experience: None required.
• Preferred: Experience leading a group of people.

Responsibilities

• Regularly review and analyze income statements to understand business achievement.
• Coordinate staffing, loading, receiving, and storage plans with facilities.
