Job summary

CGB Enterprises, Inc. invites motivated individuals to join our Grain Facility Operator in Training Program.

The role focuses on safely loading and unloading grain, operating in outdoor facilities, and progressing through a designed career path to higher responsibilities and pay. As part of the program, you will perform duties across rail and truck operations, documentation, and quality control while adhering to OSHA and ISO safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Preferred 1 year experience in an industrial environment.
• Must be able to follow directions and work in a safety-conscious manner.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the Safety Program and attend daily pre-shift meetings.
• Transfer, load and move grain to appropriate locations.
• Perform rail duties such as prep, unload, and load of rail cars; weather and facility dependent.
• Complete documentation timely, accurately and legibly.
• Perform general cleanup and basic maintenance tasks as needed.
• Maintain grain quality during storage and transfer.
• Other duties as assigned.
