CGB Enterprises, Inc. invites you to apply for the Grain Facility Operator in Training - 1st Shift in Jeffersonville, IN.

This full-time role focuses on safely loading and unloading grain via barges, rail cars and trucks as part of our training program. You will participate in the company Safety Program, gain hands-on experience with grain handling, and advance through our career path while complying with OSHA and environmental regulations.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: None required; preferred 1 year in an industrial environment.
• Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: basic math, effective communication, documentation, ability to follow directions, team work, tool use, customer service, PPE compliance.

Responsibilities

• Participate in Safety Program and attend pre-shift meetings.
• Perform duties to load/unload barges, rail cars and trucks as needed.
• Transfer, load and move grain to designated locations; maintain grain quality.
• Complete Scale/Probe Operations duties where applicable and document timely.
• Perform general clean-up and housekeeping; assist with maintenance and repairs as needed.
• Operate heavy equipment as required and follow environmental and safety regulations.
• May perform other duties as assigned by facility management.
