Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year experience driving commercial motor vehicles.
• No record of recent license suspensions or revocations.
• Basic understanding of hand tools and ability to use them.
• Ability to climb fixed and portable ladders.
• Must pass Qualitative Respirator Fit Test.
• Ability to work at heights >180 ft.
• Ability to work in confined spaces.
• Ability to wear PPE (hardhats, safety glasses, fall protection, safety shoes).
• Experience in an industrial environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate grain handling equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
• Grade and inspect grain, corn, wheat, and soybeans.
• Transport product safely using appropriate vehicles.
• Follow GMP, OSHA, HACCP, FSMA, and internal safety guidelines.
• Maintain sanitation of grain bins and loading station.
• Perform routine and emergency maintenance on equipment.
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report issues.
• Comply with DOT and in-house regulations.
• Serve as a brand ambassador in customer interactions.
