Job summary

Total Grain Marketing is seeking a Grain Elevator Worker to operate grain handling equipment, move grains, and ensure quality through proper storage and inspection. You will interact with customers, assist in loading shipments, and maintain safety and equipment standards.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma, GED or related experience.
• Ability to work extended hours.
• Willingness to work in varying weather conditions and at heights.

Responsibilities

• Operate grain handling equipment to move grains throughout the facility.
• Load, unload, and transport grain from trucks, trailers and trains.
• Ensure proper storage of grains to maintain quality and prevent spoilage.
• Inspect grain quality and remove foreign objects.
• Ensure proper axle weights and even distribution on loads.
• Provide exceptional customer service and communicate with customers.
• Monitor grain quality and report issues related to pests or moisture.
• Follow safety protocols and wear protective equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment and work areas.
