ADM Elevator Worker in Evansville, IN is a full-time, hourly role focused on safe, reliable grain handling and terminal operations. You will load and unload products, assist with barge and truck transfers, and perform routine maintenance as needed.

The position requires a strong commitment to ADM's safety culture, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and willingness to work overtime, weekends, and nights. Background checks are required, and training is provided.

Qualifications

• Commitment to ADM's zero injury safety culture and procedures.
• High school education or equivalent preferred.
• Regular and prompt attendance is required.
• Ability to meet physical requirements including lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends and nights.
• Ability to work independently and in teams as needed.
• Machinery operating experience preferred.
• Flexibility to work at multiple locations within the Tristate area.

Responsibilities

• Being accountable for safety and workload efficiency.
• Prompt attendance and reliable performance.
• Dump and load product into trucks, rail cars and barges.
• Perform barge terminal duties and troubleshoot as needed.
• Assist with grain handling operations.
• Maintain general housekeeping duties.
• Perform general maintenance as required.
