Job summary

Flagler Cooperative Association is seeking a Full-time Grain Operations Technician. In this role, you will coordinate the Grain Department to enhance market share and improve operational efficiency while ensuring excellent customer service. Responsibilities include maintaining elevator facilities, loading and unloading trucks, and inspecting for quality grain storage.

No prior experience is required, but strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills are essential. The role may require working in various locations, such as Flagler, Arriba, Genoa, Hugo, or Limon.

Qualifications

Job description

Full-time Grain Operations Technician at Flagler Cooperative Association.

Pay: $16-$20/hour.

What This Role Entails

As a Grain Operations Technician, you tackle unique challenges daily. Your role involves coordinating the Grain Department to optimize market share and improve efficiency while providing excellent customer service. You'll clean and maintain elevator facilities, load and unload trucks, and conduct regular inspections to ensure high-quality grain storage. Your attention to detail helps prevent contamination, and your proactive approach keeps equipment well-maintained. You foster a friendly atmosphere focused on continuous quality improvement.

Locations

We have five elevators located in Flagler, Arriba, Genoa, Hugo, and Limon. We hire staff to work from any location and may shift people around as necessary.
