Job summary

Ag Valley Co-Op is seeking a detail-oriented warehouse associate to receive, ship, handle and monitor grain, and to perform preventative maintenance and housekeeping as needed.

You will load and unload materials from trucks, conveyors, racks and pallets, locate and transfer items promptly using appropriate tools, transport them to designated areas, and participate in quality improvement efforts while maintaining a safe, clean workplace and complying with pre-employment screenings.

  • Self-motivated and able to complete tasks without constant direction.

Responsibilities

  • Receive, locate, and transfer materials accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Loads and unloads materials onto and from a variety of containers including trucks, conveyors, racks, pallets, and/or trays; utilizes appropriate tools to accomplish task.
  • Transports incoming and outgoing materials to designated areas utilizing appropriate tools/vehicles to accomplish task.
  • Maintains a safe, clean working environment.
  • Participates in quality improvement efforts.
  • Performs other duties as assigned by manager.

Job description
